Reference: JHB000122-TR-1Malander is seeking a meticulous and experienced Cashbook Clerk to join our team on a month-to-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bank reconciliations, creditors and debtors management, and be proficient in SAP. The role involves working with multiple bank accounts, including those in African countries, so familiarity with international banking processes is essential. The candidate must be available to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness; Process and reconcile creditors and debtors transactions in a timely manner; Manage African countries bank accounts, including handling foreign currency transactions; Utilise SAP to record and track financial transactions; Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts; Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cashbook Clerk or similar role, with a focus on bank reconciliations; Strong understanding of creditors and debtors processes. Proficiency in SAP is a must; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Ability to work with multiple bank accounts simultaneously; Experience in handling African countries bank accounts is highly desirable; Available to start immediately. 0.00 - 0.01 - Monthly
