Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Contracts Management (GCC, NEC, JBCC, FIDIC etc)
- Maintain and monitor all condition of contract for the company.
- Project risk management
- Manage all resources as per the budget and forecast.
- Manage and achieve project profitability targets.
- Manage and Achieve project production targets.
- Develop, monitor, control, and report project performance indicators.
- Construction Safety Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Assist commercial unit with compilation of tenders.
- Assist SCM in procurement of material, plant, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage contract management strategies.
- Submit reports to the CEO and the CFO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Registered as a professional with SACPCMP / ECSA
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in contracts management within the civil Roads & Earthworks industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and relevant legal regulations.
- Strong project management skills and experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Familiarity with construction project scheduling and cost control.
- Legal knowledge or understanding of construction law is a plus.
