Purpose of the Job: The primary responsibility of the Command Centre Operator is to ensure an efficient operation of the Command Centre. Reporting: The Command Centre Operator will report to the Command Centre Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Enforce the Company's ‘Code of Conduct' •Ensure that the Command Centre is fully operational and efficient •Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints •Carry out duties and tasks as per the Command Centre Job Description •Ensure that the primary function of the Command Centre is always upheld •Must be able to multi-task from CCTV monitoring, to answering telephone calls in the Command Centre and issuing access reference numbers •Camera monitoring •Client Liaison •Report Writing •Incident Report Writing •Incident Management •Roster Monitoring •Report to Senior Management CLEANING COMMAND CENTRE OPERATOR Manage cleaning rosters, attendances and devices •Drive Compliance •Capturing of leave •Support operational team MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: •Matric Certified •Grade C PSIRA Registered •Fluent in both written and spoken English and isiZulu (essential) •Solid Computer Proficiency •International Call Centre or Security Control Room experience ADVANTAGES: •Completed Tertiary Studies •Strong additional P.C. Skills •Payroll /Data Capture experience •Any other operational experience
