You will drive growth and profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of quality and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Team Development Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aimed at business growth and market expansion. Build and implement frameworks and structures in operations, sales, and strategic alignments to support business objectives. Demonstrate strong financial acumen to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Communicate the vision and strategy to all levels of the organization to ensure alignment. Inspire and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
