General Responsibilities- Primary focus will be implementing a change management plan that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
- Execute on multiple projects at the same while ensuring change agility in all the employees.
- Assess the scope of the change and execute plans on time in budget.
- Assess the readiness of the company impacted by change.
- Conduct coaching and manager training for change movement.
- Design a communication plan that addresses the needs of employees at different levels.
- Identify, understand and manage resistance throughout the organization.
- Conduct feedback analysis and corrective action to sustain or enhance employee involvement.
- Implement success measures- evaluate successes and failures and identify processes.
- Enable a culture of customer centricity and be able to engage at all levels of stakeholders.
Qualification:- Relevant diploma/degree in Organizational Psychology
Experience:Required skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Project management skills
- Facilitation skills
