Change Management Consultant - Durban

General Responsibilities
  • Primary focus will be implementing a change management plan that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
  • Execute on multiple projects at the same while ensuring change agility in all the employees.
  • Assess the scope of the change and execute plans on time in budget.
  • Assess the readiness of the company impacted by change.
  • Conduct coaching and manager training for change movement.
  • Design a communication plan that addresses the needs of employees at different levels.
  • Identify, understand and manage resistance throughout the organization.
  • Conduct feedback analysis and corrective action to sustain or enhance employee involvement.
  • Implement success measures- evaluate successes and failures and identify processes.
  • Enable a culture of customer centricity and be able to engage at all levels of stakeholders.
Qualification:
  • Relevant diploma/degree in Organizational Psychology
Experience:
  • 5 years experience
Required skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Project management skills
  • Facilitation skills
