Our client, a financial Institution in Pretoria, has a contract vacancy for a Change Manager for FX Monitoring and RRR.
The main purpose of the Change Manager is to design, implement and assess the change management strategies for quality execution and sustainability for the FX Monitoring and Reference Rate Reform (RRR) programmes.
Minimum Requirements:
- B Degree.
- 5 - 7 years experience.
- Certification in Change Management.
Job Description:
- The Change Manager is responsible to diagnose, design, implement and assess change management strategies and plans in support of organisational projects and programmes for quality execution and sustainability within the Company to encounter the benefits of medium/moderate to high organisational change initiatives.
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impact of change due to the implementation of organisational projects as developed by the Change Management CoE within the Company.
- Influence and participate in the pre-planning activities and provide change management input to ensure the impact elements of change are considered in planning the approach of multiple projects.
- Diagnose, design, develop, integrate and assess change plans and execute deliverables aligned to the project plan of multiple projects.
- Conduct assessments on multiple projects and (readiness, impact, and training), analyse, interpret results thereof and provide recommendations/interventions and reports as well execute approved interventions to assist stakeholders in decision-making.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plan, leadership alignment and resistance management plan aligned to the project plan for multiple projects.
- Review and prioritise existing training plans, identify gaps therein across multiple projects, develop and implement an appropriate training plan as well as assess the impact of training and provide recommendations.
- Prioritise delivery of change initiatives in order to manage change saturation, risk and dependencies of multiple projects.
- Develop analytical change reports, identify goals and metrics, and make recommendations in order to guide, advise and influence decision making.
- Administer a measuring system that tracks the adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes.
