What you will do:
- Lead, manage and mentor the creative team
- Build and develop effect creative communication that reach the target audience
- Drive business culture amongst staff and the greater team
- Follow current trends and use these to your advantage
- Build and develop the business whilst continuously seeking opportunities
What you must have:
- 8+ years experience within a senior managerial creative role
- Relevant degree and qualification
- Knowledge of the local and global creative landscape
- Full integrated abilities across various channels
- A storyteller with a passion for words
- Energetic and charismatic
