Responsibilities:

Review and maintain Compliance Requirement Universe for relevant acts and licenses.
Review critical policies and contribute to Compliance Monitoring Plan development.
Implement and maintain breach management and reporting processes.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies.
Provide support services, awareness training, and professional guidance to stakeholders.
Contribute to statutory applications and compliance input for business projects.
Coach junior staff and facilitate knowledge sharing within the compliance team.

Requirements:

A relevant degree (Law degree preferred)
Relevant Compliance qualifications and certifications (experience as appointed compliance officer for a CIS Manco preferred)
CISCA specialist with exposure to FAIS, FICA, POPIA beneficial.
At least 5 8 years relevant compliance/risk management experience in an Asset Manager / CIS Manco (working knowledge).
