Job Description: As Client Liaison Officer you will be the vital link between our clients and our studio. Your role involves managing client relationships, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and fulfil their needs. • Enhance and manage customer experience and satisfaction. • General studio workflow assistance where required. Requirements: • National Senior Certificate (NSC) pass. • Valid driver's license and own vehicle. • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Tech savvy and computer literate. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Proficient in project management. • Presentable and professional demeanour. • Detail-oriented approach. Advantageous: • Experience in Customer Relationship Management. • Experience within the design and marketing industry.
