We are seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual who is able to lead a team in delivering excellent service and support to clients in a ride sharing environment. Key Responsibilities: Meeting scheduling Meeting agenda creation Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement Consult on incidents - check in Manage support tickets Review weekly reports for incidents and strategise solutions Answering client facing emails Primary Point of Contact for managers and supervisors Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention Client checkins Update and maintain client documentation Report on user data - behaviours etc Client user experience analysis Weekly invoice CSV clean up KPI sheet updates Quoting preparation Once off quoting and client engagement Note taking Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client needs Prepare reports and presentations on client service metrics and goals Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service management Requirements: - Qualification in business administration, logistics or a related field - Proven experience in client service management or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client service management If you are a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we would love to hear from you.
