JOB SPEC: Client Service Operations Looking to fill a key and exciting role in its Israeli client operations team. We are looking for a hard-working individual to support our client relationship management team with the day-to-day management of key accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and consolidate tax office queries. Support in client, custodian bank and tax office requests. Track processes in an organized and efficient manner and to ensure that all value for a client is reclaimed timeously. Work closely with the Head of Client Service to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans set out for clients. Research existing customers, gaining a clear understanding of the customers' business and requirements in order to identify further Withholding Tax needs. Have a strong knowledge of the recovery service in order to service clients successfully and answer technical client queries. Keep abreast of new products and legislation changes to optimise client submissions. Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors, Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timeously and professional manner. Review personal performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and approach management if you need assistance in achieving those Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Provide additional support with claim submissions and other ad hoc projects. Support with client onboarding. Support with account management as needed. Support with quality checking claims as needed. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fast learner Background in finance, commerce economics and other related fields Good command of the English and Hebrew language Confident and strong ability to build rapport with others Persistence and problem-solving ability A valid South African passport or work permit and all relevant documents A keen eye for detail and good administration skills. Able to cope with deadlines and pressure. Able to work flexible hours at times and be willing to work additional hours during deadline if required.
