Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Be the primary contact for client inquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Address client requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with FSCA regulations and internal policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate implications. Maintain compliance documentation and records. Monthly reporting to auditors. Operational Support: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and inquiries. Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor client accounts for suspicious activities or compliance breaches. Manage invoices and prepare monthly AUM and fee reports. Handle general office administrative tasks. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client service experience. Participate in training and development programs. Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications/Skillset: Essential: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate, Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred: RE1 certification Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client service or relationship management within the asset and private wealth management industry, with regulatory compliance knowledge. Strong knowledge of FSCA regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience working with high-net-worth clients or institutional investors.
