Job Purpose: CloudOps Engineer Responsible for the deployment, management, and optimization of applications into cloud infrastructure and services that meet business needs and align with the company's architectural standards. Strategic Management: Develop and implement solutions that align with the company's technology vision and business objectives. Solution Design: Create and design technology solutions that address business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and secure. Standard and Policies: Establish and maintain standards and best practices for solution development and deployment. Contingency Planning: Ensure solutions are resilient and have appropriate contingency plans. Support and Delivery: Ensure solutions support the required products, services, and delivery mechanisms. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Centricity: Treat customers fairly and address their needs effectively. Effective Self-Management and Teamwork: Maintain professionalism, meet deadlines, and support team objectives. Education Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in IT roles with at least 3 years in cloud operations or a similar capacity. Required Job Competencies Proficiency with major cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools. Understanding of network configurations, VPC, and VPN and any other network-related services in a cloud environment. Knowledge of cloud security best practices including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment. Basic project management skills to hand multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Ability to create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for infrastructure and processes, and procedures. Customer-centric mindset to support and improve user experience.
