- Grade 12.
- 5 years minimum debt recovery/collections experience in the banking environment.
- Debt Recovery Experience on bank products
- AJS.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to handle difficult clients/debtors.
- Speak or understand Afrikaans.
- Willing to work overtime on Saturdays and/or during the week.
- Good command of English.
- Seeking fast learning, hardworking and self-motivated candidates.
