Procurement:Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships to optimize pricing and terms.Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability in the supply chain.Manage procurement processes and systems, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, vendor selection, and contract management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with business objectives.Business development:Lead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence locally and internationally.Conduct market research and analysis to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their requirements.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and expand business reach.Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery and support. Cross-functional collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of procurement and business development initiatives.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to procurement and business development activities.Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive overall organizational success.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, marketing or related field.
