Qualifications and expertise required Graduate from BCOM Psychology, communications, Marketing, Public relations Must be able to communicate exceptionally well Must be goal orientated Must have excellent people skills Ambitious – Must want to achieve Computer literate POSITIVE ATTITUDE Required outputs: Functional Responsible for the full recruitment process including: -Sourcing of candidates -Interviewing of candidates -Conducting Background and Reference checks on candidates -Cold Calling – obtaining of new clients and business. -Priming of candidates prior to interviews -Debriefing of candidates and clients after interviews -Constant qualifying of Clients, specs and candidates. -Maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients – constant clear and professional communication. -Writing of adverts -Maintaining and updating of the database. -Reaching daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets -Accurate Matching of candidates and specs Ultimate Goal Placing Candidates Making MONEY Competencies (skills, knowledge and characteristics) Analytical thinking and problem solving ability Adaptability, initiative and thoroughness Customer service orientation Self-managing / Disciplined Ability to influence and motivate others Follow-up on actions for completion For more information please contact Tarryn on 011 312 3510 or forward your CV to midrandcommunicate.co.za ATTENTION: Tarryn Swanepoel.
