Job Title: Software Team Lead Location: Cape Town Salary: R66 667.00 – R100 000.00 Per Month Job Type: Permanent Sectors: IT Reference: CTI002089/SMG Vacancy Details We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients Manage a team of developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines are met Ensure the team is following best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients Mentor team members to help them achieve their goals and professional growth. Requirements: Experience managing software development teams Strong knowledge of software development best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality software solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
