Requirements:- Matric (Grade 12)

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure new projects or partnerships.
- Project Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, design, procurement, and construction to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
- Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, materials, and construction methods.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, architects, and contractors regarding product specifications, installation procedures, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice to clients.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and bid opportunities.
- Address client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to solicit feedback, assess performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or additional business.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, project details, client communications, and financial transactions.
- Generate reports and forecasts to track sales performance, project metrics, and market trends, providing insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, change orders, and other contractual obligations, documenting any deviations or modifications as necessary.
