Reference: JHB007331-JO-1 Head Office Services concern based in Centurion, has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance / Financial Manager (EE) to join their team. Successful incumbent will report directly to the Financial Director. A completed B.Com (Accounting) degree / similar is essential coupled with a minimum of 5 years related experience in a similar role. Report monthly on employment equity ie. number of employees in the entity, their race, management of employees, gender etc.; be involved in the tendering process where selection of suppliers that are BBBEE compliant and SME's; responsible for supplier development loans; run the BBBEE audit with the Procurement Manager and work closely with Auditors; change supplier payment terms for SME's in order to obtain points for early payment etc. ; complete monthly transactional accounting activities and reporting; preparation of budgets and forecasts; calculation of tax packs for forecasts and budgets; prepare monthly financial reports; inter-company accounting; review of B/S recons and more R700CTC - R750CTC
