KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Request quotations from suppliers.
- Complete Purchase Order Request forms.
- Submitting POR's (Purchase Order Requests) to procurement.
- Following up on outstanding orders.
- Filing.
- Printing/filing of weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Managing minimum/maximum levels of materials and consumables.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A National Senior Certificate is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration.
- Must be fully computer literate.
- Working experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
