Construction Project Manager - Johannesburg

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will coordinate and work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to ensure adherence to budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating deliverables Implement industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Understand building requirements and stages 1-6 of project deliver Requirements Years Experience: 8-12 years Diploma, BSc, BTech: National diploma minimum Professionally Registered: Advantageous Construction Experience: Building, civil projects; retail petroleum industry experience advantageous Software Experience: MS Projects, MS Teams Benefits Salary : Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
