As a Professional Construction Project Manager. Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Building or Engineering Diploma or Degree Minimum 10 years of industry experience Extensive experience in all building and construction projects Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, or CCS Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM, SACPCMP) registration Negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications
