You will be responsible for Delivering high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships. Resolve clients and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner. Maintaining regular client communication and support client management strategies Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Finance or related fields Sage 200 Evolution Certificate Skills Must have 3 Years Experience in SAGE 200 Support Knowledge of MS Dynamics Crystal Reporting Must have experience in the financial industry Salary / Package R35 000 - R45 000 Negotiable
