Job DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a Sage 200 Functional Consultant to join their team.
- You will be responsible for Delivering high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships.
- Resolve clients and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintaining regular client communication and support client management strategies
- Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System
- Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems
- National Diploma or Degree in Finance or related fields
- Sage 200 Evolution Certificate
- Must have 3+ Years Experience in SAGE 200 Support
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Crystal Reporting
- Must have experience in the financial industry
