QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEDegree in Engineering
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
5 to 10 years experience within Lean / Six Sigma operations environment.
Avid Lean Practitioner with demonstrated experience in the deployment of a range of lean tools.
Experienced in presenting and communicating new ideas.
Experienced coach, mentor and trainer of teams and individuals.
Experience with Microsoft suite particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in statistical data analysis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESChair the Continuous Improvement steering committee.
Sit on OPCO reporting on Continuous Improvement results against agreed metrics.
Develop, communicate and drive policy deployment and the Continuous Improvement roadmap.
Coordinate the Continuous Improvement efforts of the business by leading and administering systems.
Support Continuous Improvement effort by facilitating, training, coaching & developing individuals & teams across all disciplines.
Ensure the appropriate skills are in place to support Continuous Improvement business culture.
Deploy the appropriate Lean Tools across all departments in the business.
Develop & conduct compliance audits, evaluations & reviews to drive results to ensure permanent change.
Maintaining the ISO9001 system.
Continuous Improvement projects: Identification, managing, benefit tracking and reporting.
Planning and coordinating Continuous Improvement Related training.
Managing a team of Continuous Improvement practitioners.
Liaising and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
