Losika consulting is employing a contract Process Engineer III with more than 10 years Process experience and Business analysis knowledge for one of our leading banking clients. Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Process Engineer III to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and improving their business processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and design business processes and workflows. Develop process improvement strategies and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document process requirements. Facilitate process design workshops and meetings. Create detailed process documentation, including process maps and SOPs. Implement process changes and monitor the impact of process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Utilize process modeling and simulation tools to test and validate process designs. Provide training and support to team members on new processes. Continuously assess and improve existing processes to enhance performance and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the financial services industry. Proven track record of successful process improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, ARIS, or similar. Certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies are required. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
