Losika Consulting is seeking a Contracting Project Manager Level II bout the Role: Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join their dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in banking, compliance, and project management. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and possess a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Monitor project performance, providing regular status updates and reports to senior management. Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status, and review meetings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in project management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of financial products and services.
