Contracts Manager - Johannesburg

Job PurposeImplement and manage integrated Facilities Management solutions to meet contractual requirements, achieve commercial targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure compliance with FM service agreements and contractual specifications.
  • Team Management: Align and develop staff roles, manage performance, and foster team motivation.
  • Client Relationships: Build effective, proactive relationships with clients.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize operational risks.
  • Financial Management: Manage costs within budgets and meet profitability targets.
Requirements
  • Education: National Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 8 years in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management, Financial Management.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate level), SAP knowledge, understanding of OHS Act, ISO 9001, Risk Management Systems.
