Key Responsibilities
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure compliance with FM service agreements and contractual specifications.
- Team Management: Align and develop staff roles, manage performance, and foster team motivation.
- Client Relationships: Build effective, proactive relationships with clients.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize operational risks.
- Financial Management: Manage costs within budgets and meet profitability targets.
Requirements
- Education: National Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
- Experience: 8 years in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management, Financial Management.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate level), SAP knowledge, understanding of OHS Act, ISO 9001, Risk Management Systems.
