This position is responsible for the development, support, and coordination of Rental & contract Services nationally. This includes service contracts for current and prospective customers. Candidate must have experience dealing with SLA, Services and contract management within the Engineering, technical enviroment. Rental Services Developing and implementing rental business strategy for new markets and grow the customer base through shutdowns/turnarounds and planned maintenances. Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop tailored rental solutions to meet client needs. Identify key industry trends and market shifts to capitalize on emerging rental opportunities. Ensure that rental pricing is kept updated. Work closely with sales and service teams to improve rental processes in order to drive profitability on a national scale. Provide support nationally when required with rental presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business opportunities. Prepare and present rental proposals, for sales team or prospective clients. Coordinate and manages rental equipment fleet. Contract Management Prepare and present service contracts proposals, and service level agreements to prospective clients in compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with sales team in negotiating contract prices with customers. Responding to customer queries about contract offering. Providing timeous responses to queries, either via email, telephonic, or any other method that is required or requested by the client. Manage the overall contract efficiency and profitability in accordance with the contract performance criteria, as well as any out-of-scope contracting operations that are required. Administration Providing timeous responses to queries, either via email, telephonic, or any other method that is required or requested by the client. Provide accurate and timely quotes and brochures to customers. Continually opportunity management on CRM. Provide weekly report on current rental projects. Ensure that Fuel Reports, Expense Claim Forms, Leave Forms, Cell phone statements, etc are submitted to the relevant departments timeously. Submission of Monthly Planners to the Rental & Workshop Manager Matric / Grade 12 N6 or equivalent in a related discipline such as engineering or technical field Neg on experience Apply Now
