Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful coordination of our internship project. JOB PURPOSE To be the Internship operations, administrative and Interns co-ordinator. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day activities and effectively address issues as they arise and/or escalate them accordingly. To proactively liaise with Management in case of any challenges relating to and/or affecting the learnership. To manage the office space that supports the learning/working environment. This includes all operational, administrative and essential amenities. To support the interns and guide them with workplace ethics principles in and communicate the aforementioned with all stakeholders. To support and mentor culture in the working space, and to ensure that everyone is working well with each other's personalities and strengths. Provide support to interns and referral to social workers, life coaches, executive coaches and industry professionals, if/when needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary level Qualification preferably in an IT related field REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience working with BPO 4-5 years experience KEY COMPETENCIES Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
