JOB PURPOSETo be the Internship operations, administrative and Interns co-ordinator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage day-to-day activities and effectively address issues as they arise and/or escalate them accordingly.
- To proactively liaise with Management in case of any challenges relating to and/or affecting the learnership.
- To manage the office space that supports the learning/working environment. This includes all operational, administrative and essential amenities.
- To support the interns and guide them with workplace ethics principles in and communicate the aforementioned with all stakeholders.
- To support and mentor culture in the working space, and to ensure that everyone is working well with each other's personalities and strengths.
- Provide support to interns and referral to social workers, life coaches, executive coaches and industry professionals, if/when needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Tertiary level Qualification preferably in an IT related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE- Experience working with BPO
- 4-5 years experience
KEY COMPETENCIES- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
