REQUIREMENTS- Matric, bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Unique Requirements- High Availability: Must be available 16 hours a day for approximately 20% of the year and 12 hours a day for 30% of the year. The remaining time offers more flexibility.

DUTIES- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, emails, and phone calls.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the executive office is well-maintained and runs smoothly.
