A vacancy exists in the Finance department of Bravo Group Manufacturing in the Sleep Division - Johannesburg, for the following position: Credit Controller. Job Purpose: To support the finance department of the country. To complete the required functions needed, to manage and maintain various individual Debtors Accounts of the company. Distributing invoices and statements to Debtors Following up with Debtors regarding payments on their outstanding invoices Processing receipt of payments/remittances against the applicable Debtors Accounts Following up with Debtors regarding their outstanding claims Requesting copies of RFC's (Request for Credits) from Debtors branches Clearing and matching credit notes to invoices and claims Completing month-end reconciliations on all Debtors Accounts Keeping all individual Debtors accounts up to date Grade 12 / NQF 4 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Financial Accounting or Bookkeeping or Credit Management MS Office proficient, particularly on MS Outlook, Word, and advance Excel Min 3 years' relevant working experience Syspro knowledge and experience would be advantageous Have worked with major retailer groups BEHAVIOURAL DIMENSIONS REQUIRED Teamwork - Participates as an active and contributing member of a team to achieve team goals.
