Description Job description An established and youthful brand company based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town is looking for an energetic, vibrant and a flexible all-rounder to join their Finance team. The successful incumbent would be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative duties, including but not limited to the following: Administrative Finance: Review and process disbursements Intercompany loan analysis Reconciliation of fuel cards transactions Identify and address account discrepancies. Create and update spreadsheet of daily transactions. Filing Requirements for this position: Related degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting. Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures (Know debits from credits) Understanding of VAT allocations Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar. Experience in retail will be advantageous. Proven experience with Pastel is a MUST. Proven experience in Microsoft Office and Excel is a MUST. Skills: Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form Self-starter and willingness to learn. Can do attitude. Team-player Attention to detail.
