Job Description
My client is looking for a Technical Salesperson to sell chemicals into the Food and Industrial Industries. You will be dealing with Technical Staff within these sectors and must have at least 6 years Technical Sales experience.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule extra incentives for increasing sales
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualification in Chemistry or Micro.
Skills
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
