This will help you determine if they're a good fit for MBV IT's services. Understand customer needs and recommend the best Pluxnet internet packages and services: You'll be expected to have a deep understanding of MBV IT's internet packages, including data allowances, speeds, pricing structures, and any bundled services like streaming or voice calls. By asking insightful questions and actively listening to the customer's needs, you'll be able to recommend the most suitable plan that aligns with their budget, internet usage, and desired features. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction: Excellent customer service is at the heart of this role. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and their experience with MBV IT starts with you. Be prepared to answer a wide range of questions about MBV IT's services, billing, technical troubleshooting (basic troubleshooting steps), and promotions. You should also be able to effectively address any concerns they might have and ensure they leave the interaction feeling satisfied. Process customer orders and ensure a smooth onboarding experience: Once a customer decides to go with MBV IT, you'll walk them through the order process. This might involve collecting their information, setting up their account, and explaining the next steps for installation or activation. You'll want to ensure a smooth onboarding experience by following up with them after their service is activated to answer any questions and ensure they're happy with their new internet connection. Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team: You'll be assigned specific sales targets to achieve within a set timeframe. This might involve a number of new customer sign-ups or a specific amount of revenue generated through sales. There will be opportunities to collaborate with your team to share best practices, exchange leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall sales success of MBV IT. Education Requirements: Post Matric Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing Experience and Skills Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar customer sales agent role, preferably within the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone and through written communication. Strong telephone etiquette and experience with handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales effectively.
