Join Our Client's Team as a Customer Marketing Activations Manager Our client, a leading global hygiene and health company, is excited to welcome a Customer Marketing Activations Manager to their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will cover the customer marketing activations for South Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of local customer marketing plans in line with the regional marketing strategy for the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the implementation of local marketing plans, Responsible to oversee the allocated customer marketing budget Establish and maintain marketing and merchandising relationships with strategic customers/ distributors; Monitor the overall product portfolio mix and recommend changes and improvements together with Key Account Manager or sales lead; Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy and sales development; Secure development of customized co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements as well as digital sales tools; Responsible for reporting and analysis to provide customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related 3 years' B2B experience with executing customer marketing plans Working experience with Global Matrix organization, with understanding of a distributor model Experience with digital marketing Strong project management & presentation skills
