Smartick's platform uses Artificial Intelligence to improve its students' math skills while building confidence and creating positive study habits. This innovative method consists of 15-minute daily sessions where students are presented with a personalised study plan that adapts in real time. Our team consists of more than 90 professionals that are passionate about childhood education, mathematics, programming, and providing exceptional service. Job Description : Provide quality service to English-speaking clients while resolving commercial, administrative, and educational concerns. Develop and maintain relationships with clientele through emails and phone calls, as well as conduct independent research and analysis regarding said clientele. Handle a large volume of calls and emails in a timely manner. Main Tasks: Phone calls: Welcome families to Smartick and retain them. Troubleshoot operational challenges (backoffice, payments, curriculum). Provide detailed pedagogical assessments about students' evolution within Smartick. Emails: Proactively respond to client inquiries with personalised, detailed feedback. Reports: Provide constructive feedback based on your own performance. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of the Smartick curriculum, which is continuously changing and improving. Qualifications: Native English speaker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office Suite proficient Studies in education Ability to handle many tasks and a high-stress environment Desired Skills: Experience in customer service or the service industry Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Works well with a team Experience in education A B2 Spanish level or greater Working hours: Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm (CET).
