Customer Service Agents in Pretoria As a Customer Service Agent for our, you’ll support clients with their insurance needs and help them use our electronic solutions. You’ll have a positive impact on clients by listening closely to their needs and offering excellent customer service. Your compensation Basic salary R8500 monthly with two salary increases projected in the first year. Evening and weekend premiums may apply. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees. Your role Answer client calls Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions. Help clients use our insurance applications Advise and offer Insurance solutions Refer clients with specialized needs to your colleagues Collaborate and share knowledge with your colleagues Your team We offer a stimulating and inclusive work environment.
