Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients JOB PURPOSE Process all customer orders and requests as per company and customer requirements Maintaining accurate records of all documents and orders processed Following up and communicating with customers on orders Prepare Monthly/Weekly reports Liaising with clients Liaising internally with all stakeholders to ensure accurate and on time deliveries occurs with clients Preparing ALL Customer Quotations according to company requirements Maintaining accurate records of all customer requests for quotations Logging all customer calls on the internal system for record keeping Logging all quotations as per company requirements Preparing of Goods Return Document Following up on Credit Notes Updating the Customer Master with contact details Relationship Building with Customers and Sales Team Courteously calls to the customer Customer Queries and Problem Solving Weekly stock reports to sales people Preparing reports Updating daily/weekly reports Internal Sales Ensuring all procedures are updated correctly File Administration Any other duties or functions that are required to meet the objectives of Company Group Ensure customer service is maintained at high standards Internal Customer Service between departments Logging of all customer calls onto internal system Record Keeping of all required documents Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports to management and sales team Ensuring Customer Service Levels Ensuring Internal Customer Service levels Ensuring speedy and efficient processing Ensuring reports are prepared timeously Ensuring customer orders are delivered timeously and efficiently Accounting Studies Minimum of 5 years in Internal Sales/Customer Service position KNOWLEDGE: Of basic business principles of business management Of basic accounting principles Of Internal Sales pricing structures Of Customer Service Principles Good oral and written communication skills. Honesty and integrity. Ability work in Multicultural Environment Ability to interact with people at levels of management Possible barriers to performance Negative attitude towards work Lack of accounting knowledge and computer skills Lack of Good Warehouse Practices knowledge Lack of ability to learn Lack of team co-operative spirit Accounting Studies Minimum of 5 years in Internal Sales/Customer Service position Knowledge Of basic accounting principles
