Core Purpose of the Job: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations and ensuring seamless operations. Key Performance Areas: Timely completion of quotes with adherence to quoting standards Accurate management of customer information Utilization of the Cerm system for data maintenance Liaison with production and dispatch to monitor job progress and delivery schedules Efficient handling of customer queries Provides valuable support to the sales team Acts as a liaison between production, sales representatives, and customers Qualifications / Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field Technical proficiency with a 2-3 years' experience in the labels/packaging manufacturing industry Intermediate computer skills Behaviours & Attributes: Self-managed with meticulous attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Results-driven with a strong focus on performance and achievement Collaborative team player Desired Skills: Technical manufacturing label
