Duties:

Fleet Services Optimization of expediting to exceed client service delivery needs.
To ensure Daily planning, to manage, to coordinate and to ensure parcel collection check-ups are done.
Professional handling across team operations and assisting in the needs of the team.
Maintaining excellent customer services.
To escalate any issues towards the relevant managerial staff.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3+ years experience in the Logistics/Courier industry/environment.
Must have experience in the customer service environment and have dealt with customer queries before
Must reside in the Kempton Park/Germiston area
