A global packaging company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in packaging on a global manufacturing level for their Pinetown office to deliver on company sales budget in line with customer requirements & forecasts. This is an EE position, preference will be given to African Female applicants. Key Performance Areas: Management of daily relationship with set customers to ensure company is offering a high level of service in line with agreed SLA objectives. Create network of contacts within set customer-base. Review company sales against budget set for customers to ensure the company is meeting the budget Perform cross-selling activities to existing customers to assist with sales performance & achieving sales budget Raise any areas of concern regarding service levels or any customer complaints with management immediately. Generate, analyse and share monthly customer reports in line with customer expectations and agreed SLA's. Attend customer review meetings on a monthly / quarterly basis. Ensure correct forecasting of New packaging to meet customer's monthly requirements and to assist in production planning. Review Stock Movements and balancing of customer stock and prepare relevant report for customers Ensure Order Numbers are received prior to every delivery. Assist with answering of incoming calls. Customer Liaison. Customer Reporting. Finalise Transport for invoicing where relevant. Create new Report templates for the month where required. Requirements: University degree or diploma Experience with CRM systems Experience with Pastel Packaging industry experience 4 years' experience in customer service or internal sales
