Handling, monitoring, and actioning job cards, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Managing and process all equipment received from any customer or any order/job card. Ensuring that the equipment is cleaned and properly quality controlled before the equipment is released back to operations/customer. Ensuring that all customer orders received to be repaired or to attend to is listed in detail on what was received with its accessories/sim card etc. Installing, configuring, and testing equipment setups as per client requirements. Conducting rigorous tests on reported faults. Aiding in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of dash cams Offering impeccable client service even outside of regular working hours, addressing urgent technical issues. Conducting training sessions for new clients on equipment usage, primarily focusing on the box, ensuring they understand its functionality and can operate it proficiently. Ensuring that job cards and quality control performed on equipment is processed efficiently.
