Customer Support Team Leader - Centurion

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • A minimum Grade 12 is essential for this role.
  • A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a technical field and management is essential for this role.
  • Previous (At least 5 years) experience working in a similar role.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the company's products/services.
  • Must have strong technical aptitude with a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Must have strong communication skills for internal staff /customers. Communication in writing and verbal well presented, in an accurate, concrete, clear, concise, and understandable manner to maximize comprehension of the message.
  • Must be able to manage company expectations.
  • Must be proficient in managing job cards and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to train and guide clients.
  • Must be able to handle urgent technical issues.
