Seeking an experienced Customer Support / Technical Consultant from a leading Security service company to join an international CCTV client on a 3-month contract towards East London. Understands the technical part with operation and troubleshooting on surveillance security products, software and mobile applications Must have Matric, 2- 5 years' working experience in a security service company / or installed CCTV products and tested it Must be based in East London Available immediately as this is a 3-month contract Must have own car to travel to clients and resolve all issues regarding security surveillance products Knowledge of IPV address 4 and 6, subnetting, porting, mapping, routing Excellent English communication Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills, worked in customer care centre / call centre will be beneficial High levels of energy Computer literate Able to answer these questions: How do you install and setup an IP camera What type of surveillance products / models have you installed After the installation of the IP camera, how do you test to see it the camera is operational Serving as the main contact for customer support, elaborate on your ability to manage on all levels of support as there is no room for further escalation How would you go about installing security surveillance software on your clients’ mobile application Guide me through the steps that you would take to retrieve a certain event footage on behalf of the client Apply Now
