This role is part of our Corporate Workwear Solutions (CWS) team, the Sales channel focused on providing complete specialised workwear solutions for our corporate customers. Our team is privileged to work with some of the most iconic South African companies and strives to take care of them brilliantly. The CWS Sales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and playing an advisory role to ensure their uniform needs are met. The main responsibilities of the role includes: Must maintain and execute a well-structured call plan; calling on existing customers to understand their needs and connect them to the right solutions. On-going relationship building with existing active and non-active customers. The role demands a high level of patience, tenacity and an understanding that we are here to serve the customer, to help them solve their unique uniform requirements and make the right decisions. Generating sales and growing the business. Being proactive and anticipating customers’ future needs. This is not an office-based role, so the individual must be able to work independently and without close supervision from his/her own home office. The experience we’re looking for: Proven exceptional sales and customer service experience within FMCG or related products and supplying the retail chains. Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Outlook; preferably also Syspro. Professional report writing skills. Proficient in spoken and written English. Good territory management with associated sales/customer admin skills. Has done and is willing to undertake extensive road travel. Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and passport.
