Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. Verify data by comparing it to source documents Administration: Manage data in spreadsheets and reports. Keep records and reports up to date. Help maintain the budget plan. Handle and resolve queries or complaints Adherence to HR, finance, administration and procurement policies and procedures Key Skills to be a Data Entry Clerk Matric Relevant Tertiary qualification ITC clear and with no Criminal record Basic Software Knowledge Excellent Written and Communication Skills Fast Typing Speed 50 – 60 WPM High level of accuracy High level of concentration High level of to detail Excellent written and verbal communication
