Description Our client is looking for a Data Capturer to join their company in the Automotive Industry. Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Capturing data onto Syspro, Covesint, VSC and Excel Packing slips Issues from stores (IFS) Issues from work in progress (IFW) Transfers Goods receipts Delivery notes Electronic waybills Purchase Orders Capturing physical counts at stock take Updating and controlling monthly reports Computerize delivery notes and advanced shipping notifications Capturing scrap details General administration Filing Assist store men with receipts and issues Ensure all systems and procedures are rigidly adhered to as set out in various company manuals Any other duties as may be required Inherent Job Requirements: Tolerance for stress and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative Quality orientation (work standards) and attention to detail Honesty & Integrity Must be available to work after hours Good communication skills (verbal and written) Customer focus Own transport Participation/ collaboration with the ability to work as an integral team Educational & Training Requirements: Matric/ Grade 12 with Typing as a subject Diploma in Logistics or studying towards the qualification advantageous. Computer competence, viz. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience Required: Previous experience in Logistics in the automotive industry will be advantageous. Previous administrative and stores experience will be advantageous Knowledge of Syspro Finance System will be desirable Knowledge of the following Ford Systems and applications will be desirable: Covesint MP & L in a box EDDL Super G Should we not contact you within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
