Provide guidance and support to sales, service, and administrative teams. Sales Oversight: Monitor daily sales performance and review key metrics. Address any immediate sales challenges and strategize for improvement. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints promptly. Financial Management: Review daily financial reports and oversee cash flow management. Approve or review significant expenditures and transactions. Operational Management: Ensure all dealership operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment. Staff Development: Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Facilitate any necessary training or development sessions. By focusing on these core daily tasks, you will help ensure the smooth operation and ongoing success of the Suzuki dealership. Matric certificate Leadership experience Automotive Industry Knowledge Sales and Business Development Financial Acumen - inculding budgeting, forecasting amd analyzing financial reports to ensure profitability Customer Relationship Management Operational Efficiency: Inventory Management - Proficiency in managing vehicle and parts inventory, with a focus on balancing supply and demand to maximize efficiency. Regulatory Compliance - Adhering to legal and brand standards.
